1. Services Provided

Joanna offers spiritual channeling services, including but not limited to:

  •   Spiritual readings

  •   Energy healings

  •   Intuitive guidance

  •   Connection with spiritual entities or guides or loved one’s who have passed

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to engage in our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

3. Disclaimer

All channeling services are provided for spiritual and entertainment purposes only. While we aim to offer insightful and meaningful experiences, we do not claim to provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided during a session.

4. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and all information shared during a session is kept confidential. We do not share or sell any personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

5. Payment Terms

  •   Payment for services must be made in full before the session begins.

  •   All payments are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by Joanna.

  •   We accept bank transfer, cash or PayPal.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  •   Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  •   Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded.

  •   In the case of a no-show or late arrival, the session will still be charged and no rescheduling will be permitted unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Session Recordings

Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Joanna.

8. Limitation of Liability

Joanna is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, her services. Joanna does not guarantee specific outcomes, and you are fully responsible for your interpretations and decisions.
